Places

Last Sunday we left for a short trip to the beach, down at Inverloch in Victoria, Australia. It was a really relaxing holiday and a great way to de-stress after a busy school term. Please excuse all of the fingers over camera lenses! Haha.
This was the cabin where we stayed for three nights located at RACV Inverloch resort. It was a really great place to stay!

There was even a giant jumping pillow!

We visited the Wonthaggi State Coal Mine, and we got to go in the mine underground! It was nice and cool in the mines, and seeing the conditions they worked in really makes you feel lucky for where we are today. I would definetly recommend this experience.
Haha, Pikachu after a long day out!
We went to Kilcunda, one of our favourite beaches, it's just so wild with the waves slapping at the rock pools, which are also fun to explore.
It's amazing how the water and the wind slowly smooth down the rocks, very beautiful.
The water was lovely and crystal clear! We also visited Cape Paterson, a great family beach.
Look at those beautiful colours!
I dug a HUGE hole in the sand and threw my towel over it... Possibly the best sand creation I've ever made, haha!
I got a bit more hardcore and dug even further to make a tunnel leading to the seating everywhere! I'm sure everyone on the beach must've been jealous, haha!
We also stopped at the Fish Creek Hotel, in Fish Creek, look at that beautiful Art Deco architecture!
This small town has one of the best names ever, hehe :) It was a great short holiday, it's good to get away and forget about work, even if it's just for a short while.

Victoria :)
